With more than 15 years of experience in special events and 19 years in catering sales, Sherri Levin has built a distinguished career in crafting exceptional celebrations. As a Catering Director at Linwoods, Sherri is celebrated for her meticulous attention to detail, innovative event planning, and dedication to delivering excellence. Her ability to cultivate meaningful client relationships and execute flawless events has positioned her as a trusted leader in the catering and events industry, ensuring every occasion exceeds expectations.

Paula Devine | Catering Director, On-Premise Events

With over 20 years of experience in fine dining and upscale catering, Paula Devine is a seasoned professional dedicated to creating unforgettable culinary experiences. Paula began her career at Linwoods in 1989 and went on to play a pivotal role in launching renowned venues such as the Sagamore Pendry Hotel and the Thompson Hotel. A proud native of Washington, D.C., Paula brings her passion for exceptional service and innovative cuisine to every event, consistently elevating celebrations across the Baltimore-Washington region.

Ellen Donkle | Catering Director

Originally from South Carolina, Ellen Donkle began her career in the restaurant industry working with a James Beard Award-winning chef, an experience that solidified her passion for exceptional cuisine. While attending Loyola University in New Orleans, Ellen immersed herself in the city’s vibrant food culture. Over the years, she has honed her expertise in fine dining, event planning, and hospitality while living and working in cities such as Charlotte, Hilton Head Island, and Denver. Since joining Linwoods six years ago, Ellen has risen from server to Catering Director, combining her extensive background and enthusiasm to create extraordinary dining experiences and seamlessly manage every event.
